Mr Leith Woodrow - Construction Manager
Leith
has had extensive involvement in the construction industry and
property developments and at various levels of construction costs
ranging from £50,000 to £2 Million within the Edinburgh area over a
number of years through his own company Woodrow Developments which
continues to trade. Leith's remit is to ensure that the site runs smoothly on a daily basis. |

Mr Gary Brown - Project Manager
Gary was
appointed as Project Manager and is the key person responsible for
the project. Gary had previously and for 22 years been employed by
HBG Construction, a major international construction company and has
graduated from site operative to the role of Project Manager within
that organisation working on many large and complex contracts
throughout Scotland, his most recent being a £7 Million development
at Haymarket Yards in Edinburgh where he was fully in charge of the
site operations and the overall management of the project. |

The primary aim of Microloft is to build modern and stylish homes in a safe and secure development offering something totally new and practical which is affordable to professional people who like to enjoy the benefits of a designer lifestyle from the clothes they wear to the house they choose to live in.
This concept is Microloft's theme in going forward at the moment with our developments but who knows what may happen.
